2018 Art Goals and Revising My Channel
2018 promises to be my year in art. I've been studying new mediums for the past 2 yrs. Being able to finally put everything into practice is very exciting! I'm by no means perfected at all but I'm having a blast just teaching myself and exploring new techniques. I've set up some art goal for myself. One is to keep learning. Stop being a perfectionist lol. And work on my channel often. Have you set any art goal for 2018?
Happy Birthday To Me!
I wanted to do a special and unique post for my birthday. So since I'm 37, I've decided to make a list of 37 life lessons I've learned so far.
1. Don't dedicate yourself to someone who wouldn't do the same for you in return. If you have to question someone's loyalty, you already know the answer.
2. Stay strong no matter how bad the storm.
3. Remain calm when faced with morons on a daily basis.
4. Never give more than a second chance.

INKTOBER 2017!!
So since I've been in an artistic rut most of the year, I learned about this event through a friend and she convinced me to take part. Though the main medium used will be ink by most, in the creator's video he does state to use whatever tools you have at your disposal. So I'll be using watercolors with some light inking. Today's word is: SWIFT. I have about 3 really great ideas but I think I finally narrowed it down to one. If you're interested, check out this his video with the full list of daily inspirations:
I know it's been a looooong time!
Just wanted to stop by and say hi. I hope everyone is doing well. I haven't been feeling very artistic in many months. I wanted to try some traditional artwork but wow is it super expensive! My tablet stopped working once windows 10 came out for whatever stupid reason and I have been unable to use it since. I constantly have to keep unplugging it or resetting my laptop and after a while, that's just completely frustrating to do repeatedly. I've seen you guy's beautiful work! And congrats to all of you who received DD's! So proud of you :) My depression hasn't gotten much better, though I will say I'm definitely not feeling suicidal anymore. T
